Ticket refund
To return a ticket, you must fill out a standard application form.
The application corresponding to the currency in which the ticket was paid for is filled out:

We draw your attention to the fact that all fields of the Application must be filled out. The information must be complete, true and up-to-date at the time of filling out the Application. In the case of sending an Application with insufficient and unreliable information, the Application will not be considered, and the funds will be returned.

Without sending a completed Application, the ticket cannot be canceled and the money refunded.

The amount of retention for an unused ticket is set individually by the carrier and depends on the period from the moment of sending the Application to the departure of the flight.
Money will be returned to the way the ticket was paid, to the details from which the payment was made, and to the person who made the payment.
The refund period takes up to 10 working days.
